Agrolak LLC, Shadky village, Tyulyachinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan
The main activities of the enterprise are livestock and crop production. The investor of the company is Fortex LLC, which acquired it in 2013. Investments in the development of Agrolak LLC for the period 2013-2017 amounted to over 150 million rubles, which were directed to the repair of existing and construction of agricultural facilities, the purchase and modernization of agricultural equipment, the purchase of cattle, etc.
The priority of the enterprise is dairy farming. "Agrolak" is engaged in cattle breeding and the production of milk and dairy products, meat semi-finished products. The number of cattle today exceeds 1100 heads.
In addition, the company is engaged in crop production, part of the crop is sent to fodder production. Grain crops are grown on the fields of AgroLak LLC: rye, wheat, peas, barley, oats. The grain yield over the past three years has increased by 1.7 times and amounted to 33.2 c / ha.
The company employs 90 people, mostly women, 5– calf houses, 12 dairy women, 23 - machine operators, 1 - agronomist, 2 - livestock breeders, 2 - veterinarian. In the season we additionally attract 10 workers.
Steadily high results can be achieved thanks to competent and professional enterprise management and conscientious work, the responsible approach of ordinary workers.
Today we will talk with Mingaliyeva Minziliy, a calf house, which has devoted all her labor activity to work at agricultural enterprises of her native village. She does not seek recognition, does not expect high awards. The rural woman is modest and very hardworking.
Correspondent: Minzilya-upa, how long have you been working in agriculture? How did you start your career?
Minzilya Mingalieva: I have been working in agriculture for more than 25 years. She started working as a pig house when pigs were raised on a collective farm. When the pigsty was closed and we began to raise cows in Shadki, I began to work as a milkmaid. Lately about two years working as a calf house. She started working completely with babies - calves from birth to two months. Now I work with older calves.
Reporter: Do you like your work?
Minzilya Mingalieva: I like the work - it is very soulful, because you work, in fact, with children, even cows. Everyone has his own temper, his character, love affection. Calves are like children to me - I care about them, I worry if they get sick.
Reporter: What is your job?
Minzilia Mingalieva: In our "kindergarten" today there are 200 calves. My job is to constantly care for them - to feed, water, clean after them, to lay dry straw. If sick, call the vet and help him get out the calf. My job is daily, it does not depend on the season. Our farm is good, a new calf-house has been built, which is convenient both for calves and for us - those who care for them.
Reporter: What are your personal achievements?
Minzilya Mingaliyeva: Our work is estimated by weight gain - how much weight does the young growth. We have a very good weight gain in calves, indicators exceed the standards by 20%. The weight of a calf over four months reaches 850 - 950 grams. Payment of our work directly depends on this indicator.
Reporter: What, in your opinion, affects the gain indicator and how can you influence the growth of this indicator?
Minzilya Mingalieva: Of course, first of all, this food is healthy and in necessary quantities, vitamin complexes. In addition, it is care - the calf needs a dry and warm place. I myself always lay out the food, watch that the calves are full, throwing straw.

Minzilya Mingaliyeva: There are a lot of changes and they are in a good way - first of all, we now receive salaries without delay, working conditions have improved. In recent years, built new calf houses - heated, ventilated and well-lit.

Minzilya Mingalieva: In our family, husband, me and son work at Agrolak. The husband works as a security guard, the son works as a laborer. The farm is good and we like to work here. There is confidence in the future and stability, which is very important now.
Work in agriculture undoubtedly requires diligence from a person, strength of will, patience, but if a person loves the land and everything connected with it, he finds in this his vocation.
